Beaufort Central is set in a convenient location, close to public transport and Perth city (you can easily walk into the city). The apartment is self contained, with everything you need. Added benefits include a pool, gym, sauna and spa. I have stayed here three times now, in week long intervals whilst visiting family. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone wanting a reasonably priced, conveniently located apartment.

I have stayed at 250 Beaufort Str. Northbridge Perth. I would like to inform that it is a very good location. We can be in the CBD just by a short walk. Anyway there are many buses including the Blue Cat Bus which go this way, so you do not need a car to visit Perth. The flat consists of everythink what is important for the traveler. There is a wifi connection, tv, big resting room, the kitchen, the bathroom with the laundry. If you have the car there is the parking just at the basement. Tom

Very happy with this apartment and facilities within Beaufort Central - pools, sauna, spas and gym. The location was perfect, right on a bus route making it easy to get around. It was also walking distance to Perth city. We would definitely stay here again. Any issues we had were resolved quickly such as the kettle not working which was replaced immediately. Key pick up was handled really well too as my flight from Sydney was delayed so my sister was able to collect keys instead.

This was indeed a wonderful stay for us!!!! Very nicely appointed with EVERYTHING we needed to feel at home while we were there. Would not hesitate to stay again if we find ourselves in Perth again. Location is spectacular with the wonders of Beaufort Street Merchants at the top of the hill and ALL the City Center has to offer within a 15 minutes walk (5 minute bus ride) into town in the opposite direction.

We liked staying at Beaufort Central so much after our first visit last year, that we requested a week's stay there again.
On both occasions, we found the apartment very clean and well-presented. It catered for all of our needs.
The location is very central to Perth's CBD if you don't mind walking; there is a regular bus service right at the 'door';
and a small IGA supermarket is only two minutes walk away.
We will definitely request a stay at Beaufort Central again, when next we visit Perth.

We enjoyed our stay at Beautfort Central, our one bedroom accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We were able to walk everywhere and having Coles only a block away was fantastic. The pool and spa areas were very clean and gardens well maintained. It was very quiet and didn't hear noice at night or through the day. Yes I highly recommend Beaufort Central.
